Data Deletion Policy

uListen allows users to request deletion of their account and personal data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
To request account deletion:
- Send an email to info@ulisten.space
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
Alternatively, you can delete your account instantly using the in-app button:
- Mobile app: Profile → Legal → Delete account
- Web: sign in and go to Account, then use the Delete account button
What Happens Next
Upon verification:
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- Associated personal data will be removed from our systems
- Connected playlist data will no longer be processed
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
