1.2 Third-Party Authentication

You may sign in using third-party providers such as:

• Apple
• Google
• Spotify
• Yandex
• YouTube Music

When you authenticate via these providers, we receive limited account information (such as email and basic profile data) according to your authorization settings. We do not receive or store your passwords for these services.

1.3 Playlist Data

If you connect a supported music platform, we may access:

• Your playlists
• Playlist titles
• Track lists and related metadata

We use this information solely to generate personalized alternative music recommendations within uListen. uListen does not stream music and does not store your music service credentials.

1.3.1 YouTube Music / YouTube Data API

uListen uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3) when you connect YouTube Music. We access your YouTube account via OAuth through our integration provider MusicAPI.com to read playlist and liked-track metadata (titles, artists, IDs). If you choose Export, we create a playlist in your YouTube Music library and add recommended tracks on your behalf. We do not upload, delete, or modify your YouTube videos, comments, captions, or ratings. We do not use YouTube data for advertising or sell Google user data.

You can disconnect YouTube Music in the app, revoke access at Google Account permissions, and request deletion at info@ulisten.space.

By using YouTube Music features in uListen, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

1.4 Technical Information

We may collect limited technical data necessary to operate the Service, including:

• Device type
• Operating system version
• Basic interaction data

We do not sell personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Generate personalized recommendations
• Improve features and user experience
• Ensure security and prevent abuse
• Respond to support requests

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

We may disclose information only:

• With MusicAPI.com, which processes YouTube OAuth tokens so we can list playlists and export a playlist you explicitly request

We retain personal data while your account remains active.

Upon verified request, your personal data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
