uListen is a music recommendation aggregator that generates alternative playlists and music suggestions based on user-imported playlist data.

uListen does not host, stream, or distribute music content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4. Third-Party Services

uListen integrates with third-party platforms including:

• Apple
• Google
• Spotify
• Yandex

Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. uListen is not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services.

5. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of your playlist data.

By using the Service, you grant uListen a limited, non-exclusive license to process your playlist information solely for generating personalized recommendations.

We do not claim ownership over your music content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use bots or automated systems to abuse the platform
• Interfere with Service functionality

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, design, and software associated with uListen are protected intellectual property owned by uListen.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, uListen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (uListen Premium)

uListen offers optional auto-renewable in-app subscriptions ("uListen Premium") that remove daily playlist generation limits.

Available plans (prices may vary by region and are shown in the app at purchase time):

• Weekly Premium — billed weekly (e.g. $0.99/week). No free trial.
• Monthly Premium — billed monthly (e.g. $2.99/month). May include a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; after the trial, the subscription renews at the listed monthly price unless canceled.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings: on iOS, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Free trial eligibility and pricing are determined by the app store. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. uListen does not process subscription refunds directly.
